Alex Frazer is a Legal Technology Manager with the Center for Public Health Law. Mr. Frazer is responsible for managing the Center’s technology portfolio including and providing technological training to internal researchers and external groups on scientific legal mapping methods, processes, and tools.
Prior to joining PHLR Mr. Frazer was the Senior Manager of Legal Research and Communications at Legal Science, LLC. There he was responsible for the company’s communications planning and legal research services, including legal dataset development. These dataset projects included studies of city public health policies and state studies concentrating on the intersection of criminal justice and public health.
Prior to Legal Science, he spent five years serving as a judicial law clerk in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, where he oversaw legal procedures and legal research for criminal and family court cases. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
